Sunday Children’s Martial Arts in Aylesbury
Sunday classes at ZKS Martial Arts HQ offer a regular weekend option for preschool and primary-school children. Choose Little Dragons, Mini Ninjas or Junior Martial Arts and check the current timetable for times and places.
Choose the right Sunday class
Classes are structured for each school-stage group. Complete beginners can request a trial; ZKS confirms the suitable class and place before attendance.
A regular weekend routine
A Sunday class may suit families who find school-night commitments difficult. Children practise martial arts skills, listening and working with others through supervised activities. Select a class your family can attend regularly; individual progress takes practice.

Questions before joining
Does my child need previous experience?
No previous experience is expected for a trial. ZKS will help you choose a suitable class and level.
What should my child wear?
Comfortable sports clothing and a labelled water bottle are suitable for a normal trial. Remove jewellery and follow your booking confirmation. Read the first-class checklist.
Can parents watch?
ZKS classes have a no-spectator rule. Parents and carers may watch the first lesson, but the instructor may decide not to allow this if they feel it is best for the class. Parents and carers do not stay to watch subsequent lessons. Read the spectator policy.
