Existing members should contact ZKS through the Members Area message function so the message is linked to the student account.
Go to Members AreaWhat to do
- Use Members Area messages for membership, payments, bookings and class issues.
- Include the student name and class where helpful.
- Use clear dates and details.
- Allow time for admin review.
Important: WhatsApp and social messages may not be monitored in the same way as Members Area messages.
