Where to start

The Help Centre contains current general ZKS guidance. The Members Area contains information specific to your child, membership or account. Log in and select the relevant member before making a change.

Your Members

Find member profiles, membership status and relevant membership actions. Use the existing member profile when returning to ZKS. For missing profiles or account access problems, see login help.

Class Schedule

View the member’s regular assigned weekly classes. Use Change Class Schedule for a permanent regular-class change, rather than a one-off absence. Changes take effect immediately and only available spaces are shown. Follow the regular class-change guide.

Next Class

View the member’s upcoming assigned class, including its date, time and venue.

Not Attending?

Use Not Attending? for one upcoming absence or temporary class change, with an available replacement within six days. It does not permanently change your regular class. Follow the temporary class-change guide.

Bookings

Check available invitations, Review and event bookings, and confirmations. Read dates, times and requirements before booking. Bookings help.

Shop

Buy kit and invited products, check the correct member and item, and complete the basket payment. Shop help.

Messages

The preferred route for account-specific questions. Messages create a record attached to the membership and help the team respond accurately. How to send a message.

Direct Debit and banking details

Set up payment details where available, view payment guidance, and follow the Direct Debit guide when updating banking details. Contact ZKS before replacing an existing mandate.

Renew Subscription

Rejoin using the existing cancelled member. Complete payment and Direct Debit setup and choose an available class. Rejoining guidance.

Cancel Member Subscription

Submit cancellation through the member’s record. The 30-day notice period and final-payment rules apply. Read the full cancellation process.
