Cancellation must be requested through the Members Area. Cancelling the Direct Debit with the bank does not cancel the membership.
Go to Members AreaWhat to do
- Log into the Members Area.
- Send a cancellation message from the account linked to the student.
- Confirm which student the request is for.
- Wait for ZKS confirmation.
Important: If the Direct Debit is cancelled before the notice period is complete, the system may treat the membership as immediately cancelled and any balance may still be due.
