- Log into the Members Area.
- Open Shop or Basket.
- Select the correct member/product where needed.
- Check the item carefully before paying.
- Complete payment and keep confirmation.
Important: For belts, select the correct next belt and order before the deadline.
Sizing, collection and order problems
Check the uniform and equipment guide and the product details before ordering. Ask ZKS if you are unsure about sizing or suitability. Check your order confirmation for collection or delivery instructions.
If an item is missing, damaged or the wrong size, message through the member’s record with the item, purchase date and a description of the issue. Ask about the next step before returning it; read the shop refund guidance. Exchanges and refunds must be confirmed for the particular order.
