Why your child needs a confirmed place in the class they attend.
A member should only attend their regular assigned class, a temporary replacement properly confirmed through the Members Area, or another class they have specifically been invited to attend. Please do not arrive at another class without confirmation.
Instructors use the register for safeguarding, attendance, emergency information, membership status, class capacity, qualifying Review attendance and instructor planning. Members who are not correctly registered may not be admitted because the instructor needs to know who is training and how to keep them safe.
This is a safety and administration requirement, not a punishment. See the Members Area guide for the available actions.
Use Class Schedule for a regular weekly change or Next Class / Not Attending? for one upcoming absence. Missed classes are not refunded; temporary alternatives depend on suitable availability within the permitted period.
