Quick answer
There is no obligation to join after the trial. If the student wants to continue and ZKS confirms the class is suitable and available, complete the joining instructions, Direct Debit and any current joining fee through the Members Area.
Go to Members Area
If you would like to continue
- Check that the student enjoyed the lesson and wants to continue.
- Wait for or check the joining instructions from ZKS, including whether the same class is suitable and available.
- Log into the correct Members Area account and complete any outstanding student details or agreements.
- Set up the Direct Debit using the instructions provided.
- Pay the current joining fee or starter-pack basket item shown, if applicable. Use the live amount in the account rather than an older website, email or screenshot.
- Check which weekly class has been assigned and when membership training begins.
- Read Member Training Help for uniform, attendance and progress guidance.
Your place: a trial does not automatically create an ongoing membership or permanently reserve a class place. The place is secured only when ZKS confirms it and the required joining steps are completed.
If you are unsure or do not want to continue
You do not have to join after a trial. If you need advice about suitability, a different programme or another available class, send a message before completing payment. If you decide not to continue, let ZKS know so the trial record and class space can be managed correctly.
Where ZKS has offered an additional trial, follow the dates and deadline in that message. Do not assume that a second trial or the original class place is automatically held.
