Membership pauses are reviewed case by case. They are not normally used for holidays, short absences, missed classes or busy periods.
If there is an exceptional reason, message through the Members Area with the student name, reason and expected return date.
Important: Please wait for ZKS confirmation before assuming a membership has been paused.
