Important: Being listed on this page confirms that a belt has been allocated for your child. Spectator tickets are separate and must be requested where available. Teen Martial Arts presentations are not included in the spectator ticket system.

If the search result shows No, we do not currently have a named spectator recorded for that belt presentation.

Important: Only named spectators are shown as booked. Entries marked with a number, such as “1”, are not treated as spectator bookings.

Belt Promotion Week FAQs

What class will my child receive their belt in?

The class shown in the search result is the class where their belt has been allocated.

Can I change my child's class that week?

You can change classes through the Members Area, but if you move away from the class shown here we cannot guarantee that the belt will be available in the new class.

Can I watch the presentation?

Spectator tickets are available for Mini Ninjas and Junior Martial Arts only. They are limited and must be requested using the spectator ticket form.

Are Teen MA students included in spectator tickets?

No. Teen Martial Arts students are not included in the spectator ticket system and will receive their belts during their normal class.

Is my spectator place confirmed after submitting the form?

No. The form is a request only. A spectator place is confirmed only when you receive confirmation from ZKS Martial Arts.

Can siblings or extra family members attend?

No. Due to space limits, spectator places are limited to one spectator per child. Siblings and additional family members cannot attend as spectators.

What if spectator places are full?

We will endeavour to take photographs during Belt Promotion Week where possible so families can still celebrate their child's achievement.

What if my child is ill or cannot attend?

Please contact us through the Members Area message function. We will keep the belt and arrange the next suitable opportunity.

What if my child's name does not appear?

This page shows members listed in the current Belt Promotion Week register. If you believe a detail is incorrect, please contact us through the Members Area message function.

What if the belt shown looks wrong?

Please contact us through the Members Area message function before Belt Promotion Week so we can check the order.
