Forget what you think you know about Martial Arts, and come along to a  ZKS Martial Arts fitness session.

We understand that not everyone wants to kick and punch an opponent, disarm someone who has a knife, or  grab someone and throw them to the ground (but if you do, you still need to be fit!)

We have a number of classes simply dedicated to getting you fit: We will improve your stamina, we’ll help you lose weight, and we’ll certainly make you stronger and more flexible. We will even improve your balance and coordination (thought you could never do a cartwheel? So did many of our adult - and child - members!)

At our fitness classes you will still learn martial arts, but it won’t be in combat, and you won’t get hurt ... apart from a few aches the next day - good aches!

Best of all, you will feel refreshed and relaxed afterwards
